YKK Chunky ZIP 65cm Beige is a medium weight zips with molded plastic teeth. Open end zipper with a single slider (one way zip). It comes in size #5, which means it will be perfect for jackets, fleeces or hoodies making.
Our vislon chunky zips are made of a high-grade plastic that is molded in a form over the individual side of the zipper tape. These zippers are light in weight yet very strong and durable.Individually coupling of the teeth in these zippers interlocks seamlessly.They very similar to metal zippers in design because of the individually positioned teeth along the tape. The teeth are smartly injection molded onto a pre-woven, dyed tape.Therefore, they are extensively used for heavy-duty sportswear, girl’s wear, children’s wear, vehicle covers and storage bags. These zippers tend to handle water and impurities more efficiently and thus they are also considered an ideal choice for outdoor applications.
Our zips are available in a wide range of colours and sizes.

YKK Chunky ZIP 65cm Beige ist ein mittelschwerer Reißverschluss mit geformten Kunststoffzähnen. Offener Reißverschluss mit einem einzelnen Schieber (Einweg-Reißverschluss). Es ist in Größe Nr. 5 erhältlich, was bedeutet, dass es perfekt für die Herstellung von Jacken, Fleeces oder Hoodies ist.
Unsere Vislon Chunky Reißverschlüsse bestehen aus einem hochwertigen Kunststoff, der in einer Form über die einzelne Seite des Reißverschlussbandes gegossen wird. Diese Reißverschlüsse sind leicht und dennoch sehr stark und langlebig. Die einzelnen Kopplungen der Zähne in diesen Reißverschlüssen greifen nahtlos ineinander. Aufgrund der individuell positionierten Zähne entlang des Bandes ähneln sie im Design Metallreißverschlüssen. Die Zähne werden elegant auf ein vorgewebtes, gefärbtes Band spritzgegossen. Daher werden sie häufig für strapazierfähige Sportbekleidung, Mädchenbekleidung, Kinderbekleidung, Fahrzeugabdeckungen und Aufbewahrungstaschen verwendet. Diese Reißverschlüsse gehen in der Regel effizienter mit Wasser und Verunreinigungen um und gelten daher auch als ideale Wahl für Außenanwendungen.
