We want you to be happy with our products. So if you are not satisfied with them, you have the right to cancel your order/replacement without reason and at any time within seven working days (from the day you received the goods).
Note: The linen products (Tablecloth, chair covers, backdrops) are made to order, if you change your mind or if you don’t like colour of the tablecloth, then we won’t be able to accept return.
If we dispatch wrong size tablecloth then we will accept return.

Please email our online customer service team ( [email protected] ) to cancel/exchange your order.
- Your order number.
- Your phone number or email address.
- The date you received your order.
- Let us know if you would like a refund or replacement.
**If you have changed your mind and would like a replacement for an item (also different color, size, quantity, etc.), please briefly describe your scenario in your E-Mail so we can respond appropriately. You are required to pay for the return postage of the original order, and you must pay for any price difference and additional postage costs for replacing the product.
We will send you a confirmation of your cancellation by email. You then have 10 days to return your order to us.
Pay special attention to:
- Must send the original packaging.
- Pack your return securely.
- Handle the goods with reasonable care and do not use them.
- Send your return to us as soon as possible after you have received an order cancellation email from us.
- Please use a registered or secure shipping method to return your order to us. You are responsible for return postage costs (unless we delivered the item to you by mistake or it is damaged).
- Refunds and exchanges can only be processed once we have received the returned item. We recommend obtaining proof of postage in the event of loss in transit.
Must follow to process the refund:
Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition. This means that if the goods were originally in sealed packaging, they are expected to be returned in the same way. Unsealed/used items are not resellable and therefore will not be accepted for refunds upon return. No refunds will be offered for orders that have passed 14 days from the date of purchase.
Any returned goods that are opened or not in the original packaging will be disposed of. No refunds or exchanges will be given for such goods.
